We kicked off October

I trust this message finds you well after the whirlwind of activities that filled our October calendar.  It was indeed a remarkable month, marked by various events, achievements, and celebrations, all of which highlighted our vibrant and dynamic university life.

We kicked off October by raising awareness and supporting Mental Health Awareness Day, recognizing the importance of well-being in our academic journey.  We also celebrated the success of our diligent students who passed the Board of licensure exams for Architecture and Civil Engineering, a testament to your dedication and hard work.

As we navigated through the month, we faced the challenge of mid-term exams.  We also witnessed the brilliance of various talents in arts, movies, television, theater, and journalism as we hosted the Gawad Tanglaw Awards.  The second session of the Art Class with Kim Cruz allowed us to further nurture our creative side, and we honored the timeless efforts of our educators on Teacher’s Day.  Our sports enthusiasts battled it out in exhilarating play-offs, showcasing both skills and sportsmanship.  Finally, we culminated October with a significant milestone by signing a Memorandum of Agreement with the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) for our Continuing Education Program, further solidifying our commitment to lifelong learning.

Now, as we welcome November, we shift our focus to academic preparations, with the final exams approaching on the horizon.  This is the time to dedicate ourselves to learning and studying, ensuring that we perform at our best and secure the grade that will propel us into the second semester.

I encourage each and every one of you to embrace this academic challenge with enthusiasm and determination.  Excellence is achieved through hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for learning.  Let this month be a testament to your commitment to your education and your future.

On November 7, we will open enrollment for the second semester. I urge you all to enroll early, ensuring you secure the courses you need for your academic journey.  Planning ahead is key to a successful academic year.

In closing, I wish you all the best as you embark on this month of November, filled with academic endeavors.  Let is strive for excellence, support one another, and make the most of the opportunities that come our way.  Together, we will overcome challenges and celebrate our successes.

Good luck to each and every one of you.  May your dedication and hard work shine brightly as you strive for academic success.
