MLQU and Securities And Exchange Commission (SEC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on January 12, 2023, in which both institutions agreed to share a common vision and aim to strengthen the implementation of the internship programs for the students.

The signing ceremony was held at the SEC Headquarters, 10th Floor, Makati Avenue, Salcedo Village, Makati City.

The SEC officials who were present included: Atty. Filbert Catalino F. Flores III, Director and Ms. Marjorie C. Dacilo, Officer-in-Charge, HRAD-LRID.

MLQU was represented by Atty. Gilbert M. Viloria, VP, Legal; Ms. Sofia G. Caccam, Head, Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS); and Ms. Ranya O. Balagot, Career Placement and Special Programs Coordinator, OSAS
