Mindfulness and Maximizing Your College Experience

Did you know that being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations can contribute greatly to your overall wellbeing? Well-being is the overall physical, emotional, social and spiritual health of a person. Mindfulness enables us to grow in awareness and acceptance of what is present in us. How do we maximize our college experience through well-being and mindfulness? 

Students of MLQU learned the answers to these questions. Ms. Kate Cabigao, New York University graduate and MLQU’s Student Experience Lead, conducted the session held last 23 April 2021.
