It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the start of a new academic year at Manuel L. Quezon University (MLQU).  Whether you are embarking on your first journey with us as bright-eyed freshmen or returning as seasoned students, we are honored to have you as part of our MLQU family.

To our incoming freshmen, I want to extend a warm welcome to your first experience of life at MLQU.  As you step into our campus, you are taking the first stride towards a future that holds infinite promise.  I assure you, your decision to choose MLQU will not be in vain.  We are dedicated to ensuring your happiness and satisfaction throughout your time here.  This institution has a unique ability to foster your holistic development, where the balance between education and life is of utmost importance.  While we provide you with top-notch education and opportunities, remember that the torch of success ultimately rests in your hands.  It takes patience, determination, and grit to conquer the challenges that lie ahead, just like those who have walked this path before you.

To our returning students, welcome back.  Your continued belief in MLQU warms our hearts.  By now, you are already familiar with the MLQU way of life, and I encourage you to extend a supportive hand to our incoming freshmen.  You are the role models and mentors they will look up to, and your camaraderie will ease their transitions into our university.  Beyond academic, there will be engaging activities that provide ample opportunities for you to connect and forge new friendships.  Know that we have meticulously prepared an environment where you can flourish and achieve academic and personal growth.
