Resilience is an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change. Adaptive resilience is an ability to navigate through adversity, to effectively adapt to change, and thrive.
Everyone needs to know how to be resilient. How do we develop resilience in ourselves? What do we do when everything is not going well for us? How do we lead others when our internal and external environment is chaotic?
The webinar held last 21 May 2021 answered these questions. Victoria Dayao, a certified mental health facilitator trainer and mindfulness coach, conducted the session. Students of MLQU participated in this hour-long event.
